Monday 27 July – Summer Songs, Coffee & Cake in Waterloo
- When: Monday 27th July, 1:30pm – 3:00pm (Choir performance starts at 2:15pm)
- Where: Waterloo Community Centre, Great Georges Road, Waterloo, L22 1RD
- Cost: Free entry
Pop down to Waterloo Community Centre for an afternoon of summer tunes, refreshments, and community cheer. The Monday Melodies choir will be taking to the stage at 2:15pm. Tea, coffee, and homemade cake will be available to purchase, with all proceeds helping to fund essential roof repairs for the centre.
Tuesday 28 July – Pram Walk & Talk at May Logan Centre
- When: Tuesdays at 9:45am
- Where: May Logan Healthy Living Centre, Bootle, L20 5DQ
- Cost: Free
Designed for parents with babies up to two years old, this gentle weekly pram walk is a fantastic way to enjoy some fresh air, get moving, and connect with other local parents. Afterwards, stick around for a cup of tea and a catch-up.
Wednesday 29 July – Forget Me Not Café in Southport
- When: Every Wednesday, 10:30am – 12:30pm
- Where: Old YMCA Building, 81 Hoghton Street, Southport, PR9 0PR
- Cost: Free refreshments
A warm, relaxed, and supportive weekly space dedicated to people living with dementia and their carers. Drop in for friendly conversation, community support, and free tea and coffee.
Thursday 30 July – Friends of Victoria Park Summer Sessions
- When: Thursdays and Sundays, 10:00am – 12:00 noon
- Where: Victoria Park, Waterloo, L22 2AP
- Cost: Free
The Friends of Victoria Park invite you to join them for their summer activity sessions twice a week. Indoors, you’ll find tea, coffee, community stalls, a kiddie corner, and special events. If you prefer to get your hands dirty, head outdoors to lend a hand with community gardening, litter picking, and path clearing. New volunteers are always welcome!
Friday 31 July – Free Children’s Music Sessions at Wayfarers Arcade
- When: Friday 31st July (11am–12pm, 12pm–1pm, 1pm–2pm) & Saturday 1st August (12pm–1pm, 1pm–2pm)

Keep the kids entertained this weekend with interactive music sessions in the beautiful surroundings of Wayfarers Arcade. These fun, hour-long workshops give children the chance to play instruments, learn new rhythms, discover music, and have fun.
