Southport band ConeHeads have released their brilliant debut EP, ‘What Happened to Staying Young’. Available to stream on Spotify and YouTube – this release points to great things ahead for these talented local lads.
The EP starts with the upbeat yet wistful title track, which even includes a reference to their home town, and the band remain true to their indie rock roots throughout the five songs – with catchy riffs and high energy vocals in their real voices. Fan favourite ‘Wilson’ gets a re-record and it’s in competition with ‘Try Not To Try’ for catchiest track on the EP.

ConeHeads are – Luke (Lead vocals), Sam (Lead guitar), Joe (Bass) and Joel (Drums) – a 4 piece Indie Rock band who started as classmates in high school and soon turned into band mates.
