Southport’s New Home for Music, Arts and Creativity
Welcome to The Warehouse Arts Centre – a four-storey creative hub in the heart of Southport, where music, visual arts, performance and community come together under one roof.
Housed in the iconic former Warehouse building on West Street, we’ve transformed a much-loved local landmark into a vibrant destination that champions creativity, collaboration and opportunity. Whether you’re an artist, musician, maker, performer or simply someone who enjoys experiencing great culture, The Warehouse Arts Centre is your place to connect, create and be inspired.

Our Story
The Warehouse Arts Centre is the result of a shared vision from local creative organisations and businesses determined to invest in Southport’s cultural future.
Working together, the teams behind Cooper’s Bar, Music Stuff and Tides Out Studios have reimagined one of the town’s most recognisable buildings as a permanent home for live music and creative enterprise.
Our Mission
Our mission is to nurture emerging talent, support established artists, create opportunities for learning and collaboration, and help strengthen Southport’s cultural identity. By bringing together musicians, artists, performers, educators and creative businesses, we’re building a centre where ideas grow, careers develop and communities connect.
