The Southport Flower Show has announced a brand-new feature for this year’s event, 20th – 23rd August 2026 from 10am – 6pm (5pm Sunday), at Victoria Park, PR8 1RX.
Organisers are introducing the Buskers Corner Stage, which is being supported by Moonlight Events.
Local musicians are now being invited to apply for a slot to perform at the show, which attracts thousands of visitors every year.
Organisers say they are looking for talented local acts, including singers, guitarists, duos, and keyboard players, to help bring more live music and atmosphere to the event.
Moonlight Events, who are sponsoring the new stage, said they chose to back the project because they are passionate about supporting the next generation of talent, both on stage and behind the scenes.
Anyone interested in performing can apply by filling out a form and submitting a short video of themselves playing.
